EXPERIENCED FUTRE CLIENTS
Experienced athletes will have a seamless transition into our one-on-one exercises sessions, and will be given personalized programs design just for you. Together we will get bigger (or smaller), faster, stronger, and safer, as well as attain any other sport specific attributes necessary. These programs are not cut and pasted for every member. They will be personalized and specific just for you and your needs and goals. We will always start by learning the basics and fundamentals, and depending on how advanced you are, will determine how fast we get to moving more weights. Although, it's not all about getting as strong as possible; we will also focus on increasing your cardio, speed, power, flexibility, healthy eating habits, and proper recovery methods in order to help you reach your full potential as soon as possible.
